The London office is looking for an England & Wales qualified Restructuring and Bankruptcy Lawyer, 3-5pqe.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate:

UK trained and qualified with good experience in all aspects of special situations, restructuring and insolvency with a diverse client base.

Experience with key financing instruments, including bank loans, high yield debt and intercreditor arrangements.

Experience with restructuring related proceedings, including working with multiple jurisdictions.
