We’re searching for a Restructuring Director to guide organisations through periods of financial pressure, operational challenges, or strategic change, helping them regain stability and build for the future. Key Responsibilities In this senior role, you will:

Lead full-cycle restructuring and turnaround engagements, providing clear direction and actionable solutions. Diagnose financial and operational issues, developing tailored recovery and improvement plans. Build strong relationships with lenders, investors, boards, and other key stakeholders. Oversee project teams, ensuring excellence in delivery, planning, and technical execution. Contribute to business development by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities across the region.

About You We are looking for someone who brings:

Significant senior-level experience in restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency. Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. A collaborative leadership style that motivates teams and maintains high standards of delivery. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or JIEB (beneficial but not essential).
