Job Description

Permanent, 3 days in office near London Bridge station

Salary is up to £70k + £4,700 flex fund + other benefits

You will take a leading role across a range of projects to build a broad range of expertise and be passionate about delivering value and insights to your clients. You'll invest time in building your client relationship network and thrive on taking on new challenges in unfamiliar situations.

The skills and experience we're looking for:

Experience working within financial services risk and control projects from a consulting and retail banking Broad understanding of requirements in relation to risk management and control frameworks Experience working with senior stakeholders, developing effective working relationships and providing insightful management information Technical and practical experience related to non-financial risk management and controls (such as review and design of controls, Sarbanes-Oxley ) A willingness to learn new skills and help develop and innovate new client propositions A proven track record of working successfully with teams to deliver change projects, including monitoring engagement progress and budgets Experience managing small teams of junior staff and contributing to the development of your own and the team's technical acumen Strong commercial awareness, sound reporting skills and experience leading teams whilst working under your own initiative Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (prior experience in visual presentation and report writing is ) to effectively communicate key messages to different levels of stakeholders Ability to work under pressure, deal with ambiguity and be agile across a range of projects in financial services Ability to apply good judgement during engagements and escalate issues appropriately Strong attention to detail, including robust analysis and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau)
