Our store, which is located on the Mulberry Lane Trading Estate in Goring‑By‑Sea, has been serving the local community for over 30 years and is well known for being the first choice for decorating materials in the area. The showroom stocks an extensive range of wallpapers, blinds, curtains, designer and trade paints along with all the decorating tools and accessories our customers need to complete their home décor projects. Internet terminals in the branch also allow customers to order products directly into the store. Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm. Managing a small team you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. Be able to demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role Have experience of developing a team Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business Be enthusiastic and proactive about selling and be able to inspire staff to achieve high levels of customer service Understand our focus on customer service and other Brewers values Have the ability to positively represent the Company to a wide range of customers Be able to work on your own initiative Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial
