The branch has been serving the local area for 35 years, supplying decorating materials to both retail and trade customers. Located on the Andover Road Retail Park, close to Winchester train station, the branch offers an impressive range of trade and designer paints, wallcoverings, and decorating equipment. The opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am‑5pm and Saturday 8am‑5pm. You will manage a team of four and play a vital part in serving customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. To Succeed in the Role of Retail Branch Manager You Will

Demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role. Have experience of developing a team. Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. Be enthusiastic and proactive about selling and inspire staff to achieve high levels of customer service. Understand our focus on customer service and the Brewers values. Represent the Company positively to a wide range of customers. Work independently and make decisions on your own initiative. Have knowledge of the local area (desirable).
