We’re working with a well-established UK retail business to appoint an Estate Manager into their Property team.With a growing national portfolio, this role plays a key part in managing and protecting the estate, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure property decisions support wider business objectives.The portfolio spans 700+ retail properties across the UK, covering multiple well-known high-street brands.The role will involve:Day-to-day management of a portfolio of retail propertiesNegotiating lease renewals, rent reviews and lease termsMonitoring key lease events and ensuring obligations are metResolving landlord and tenant matters efficiently and commerciallyManaging vacant and non-operational premises, including sub-tenantsReviewing and challenging service charge demandsMaintaining accurate property data and reportingActing as a key point of contact for property-related mattersSupporting and deputising for the Head of Estates when requiredWe’re looking to speak with candidates who have:Proven experience in a similar estates or property roleStrong knowledge of commercial leasesContinueSolid negotiation skillsRetail property experienceA hands-on, commercially minded approachThe ability to work at pace across a diverse portfolioFurther details will be shared on a confidential basis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
