Retail Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage marketing plans and campaigns for our retail operations. Work with agencies and suppliers to execute advertising plans on time and within budget. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights, and develop effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity. Develop and evolve customer communications. Analyze sales and customer data to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to drive results. Manage and oversee the development and execution of product launches, drive events, and exclusive experiences. Other ad-hoc project assigned by Business Lead.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a retail or automotive industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
