A fast-growing Food Manufacturer based in Manchester is looking for a Retail National Account Manager to join their ambitious commercial team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. With a diverse product range and customers across retail, foodservice, and manufacturing, this business is driven by innovation and long-term growth.
The Role
You’ll own and grow key retail accounts, building strong commercial partnerships while driving profitable growth. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll manage customer P&Ls, develop joint business plans, and lead high-performing account support.
What You’ll Do
- Win and grow key retail accounts through proactive selling
- Build senior-level customer relationships and joint business plans
- Own account P&Ls, forecasting, and commercial performance
- Identify new product and growth opportunities
- Lead, develop, and motivate account support teams
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to deliver results
