Our store is known for exceptional customer service and premium products, within a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an organised, proactive, and hands-on Boutique Retail Office Manager to support daily operations and keep the business running smoothly. Role Overview The Boutique Retail Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative retail operations, coordinate a team of five, manage supplier relationships, place and track orders, support packaging and dispatch, and assist with in-store events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment, enjoys multitasking, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable dealing with a demanding customer base. This role is site-based and 5 days per week. Team & Office Coordination Organise, support, and coordinate day-to-day tasks for a small team Create weekly rotas and ensure adequate store coverage
