Retail Sales Associate, Luxury, Belgravia, Part time, Permanent, £28,000 pro-rata


Highly regarded luxury retail label is recruiting for a first class part time Retail Sales Associate. This is a Saturday and Sunday role with the potential to work extra shifts when needed. Hours are Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm. You will have first class communication skills and be a highly skilled sales person! This role will suit you if you love working in luxury retail and is a great opportunity to work for this successful brand which has a longstanding and loyal customer base. Customers expect the best customer service and VIP style treatment.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Provide high standards of service and focus on selling
  • Provide a welcoming demeanour to customers with the ability to build rapport with prestigious clients
  • Help to create and maintain retail visual merchandising standard
  • Promote and represent the brand at all times
  • Maximise sales through excellent product knowledge
  • Operate the tills in a secure and efficient manner, ensuring secure cash handling at all time
  • Ensure that stock is regularly replenished


Key skills and experience required:


  • Demonstrable retail experience, gained in luxury retail
  • Aptitude and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, creating and maintaining a strong customer service culture
  • Polished, impeccable personal presentation
