As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day, night after night. From motivating your team and delegating tasks, to rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in. In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside Lidl.
