As of the 1st of March 2026, our pay will be increasing to £15.45 up to £15.95

In return, well give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside Lidl.
