The Role: What You’ll Do

As a leader in our London stores, you aren’t just watching the clock; you’re running a business. Your mission is to make your store the heart of the high street.

  • Lead with Heart: Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team to reach their full potential.
  • Drive the Numbers: Use your commercial savvy to hit KPIs, manage stock, and maximize sales.
  • The Customer First: Set the gold standard for service, ensuring every customer leaves with exactly what they needed (and maybe a few things they didn’t!).
  • Master the Floor: From eye-catching merchandising to slick operations, you’ll keep the store looking sharp.

  • Retail Pedigree: Experience in a fast-paced retail management role is essential.
