Retrofit Assessor – £40K–£50K + £4.5K Car Allowance

Birmingham (Hybrid) | Residential Projects | ️ Regeneration Focus

Your Role

• Carry out retrofit assessments on residential properties

• Create accurate, energy-led reports to support retrofit strategies

• Liaise with residents & collaborate with the retrofit team


What You’ll Need

• Qualified Retrofit Assessor (Elmhurst, Stroma or equivalent)

• DEA qualification

• Experience in housing retrofit assessments

• Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
