Retrofit Consultant Cardiff & Surrounding Areas
Full Time Permanent (40 hours per week)

Skilled Careers are looking for a Retrofit Consultant to join our team, working within NetZero Collective a partnership formed to lead the way in decarbonising homes across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in domestic retrofit, energy efficiency, or construction management who is looking for progression within a growing and innovative business.

What you'll be doing

• Working closely with clients to map their decarbonisation journey and support funding opportunities.

• Acting as a Retrofit Coordinator (PAS2035), overseeing projects from start to finish.

• Coordinating and supporting Retrofit Assessors delivering nationwide services.

• Representing NetZero Collective at events, meetings, and leadership forums.

• Managing your own schedule to visit homes across the UK (travel required).

• Ensuring projects meet the highest standards in energy efficiency and building performance.

What we are looking for

• Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management (or willing to work towards).

• Experience in domestic retrofit, construction, or M&E project management.

• Knowledge of building services, heating, ventilation, and building physics.

• DEA/Retrofit Assessor accreditation (desirable).

• Full UK driving licence.
