Job Title: Retrofit Site Manager Location: Cardiff – Site Based Salary: £40,000 + Car Allowance + Fuel + Bonus Scheme

We are currently working with a specialist contractor delivering retrofit and energy efficiency projects across the South West and Wales. They are now seeking an experienced Retrofit Site Manager to oversee site operations on a range of decarbonisation and low-energy housing schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on site manager with strong technical knowledge in retrofit systems and a passion for improving homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day delivery of retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with PAS2030/2035, Building Regulations, and funding requirements (ECO etc.) Develop programmes of work, manage budgets and ensure works are completed to scope, standard, and schedule Maintain full compliance with H&S legislation and company policy on site Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety Build strong working relationships with clients, residents, engineers, and subcontractors Support and manage operatives and sub-contractors, resolving technical and performance issues Ensure client enquiries and issues are resolved in a timely an...
