We have a great opportunity for a Returns Assistant to join Team OB in our Warehouse here in Chessington. This role is 35 hours a week, with a shift Pattern of Monday to Friday 2:45pm-10:45pm. This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. As a Returns Assistant at OB you will be responsible for processing stock that has been returned from the stores and from customer orders through the website. You will have the responsibility of redistributing these items to the appropriate locations back into the warehouse or to our stores. In this role you will be communicating and collaborating with several departments across the business, particularly the Customer Services and Quality Control teams to ensure a smooth returns operation.
