This is an exciting opportunity to shape commercial revenue strategy while living and working in the beautiful Caribbean. I am currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Revenue Manager to join this stunning 98-room beachside resort in Antigua . This role is responsible for maximizing revenue performance through strategic pricing, forecasting and distribution optimization across all channels, with a strong focus on improving ADR, RevPAR , TrevPAR , resort occupancy and DDR. The ideal candidate will have 5 yrs+ revenue management experience , preferably within a Caribbean or island resort environmen t and a strong understanding of seasonal leisure demand, tourist air lifts,tour operators, group business, and OTA distribution across the UK primarily and also US & Canada. Some or any experience in a boutique or mid-sized Caribbean resort is highly desirable. The successful applicant will manage a small reservations team of 4 and their development and must demonstrate excellent systems knowledge, including hands-on experience with revenue management systems, channel managers and a strong proficiency of Opera Cloud PMS and Synxis. You will be strategic, details oriented, an strong and empathetic manager, commercially astute and confident leading revenue meetings while driving total revenue performance.
