Reward Analyst

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

£32,244 per year

35 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Temporary position for up to 12 months

We are seeking a Temporary Reward Analyst to join us in Worcester. The role sits within the Reward and Wellbeing Team, which has 15 employees. Together we are responsible for Pay, Recognition, Benefits, Wellbeing and Pensions across the Sanctuary Group

The role of Reward Analyst will include:

• Accurately analysing, modeling, checking and reconciling complex and large volumes of pay related data
• Understanding different data applications e.g. excel and Power BI and use data expertise to add real value to Reward Processes and projects including Pay Review

Skills and experiences:

• Specialised data expertise, including proven ability to produce large data files for reward activities, create built in checks on spreadsheets, check data, know how to find anomalies and address them accordingly
• Prepare and present information clearly, accurately and concisely
• Experience of successful pay review data delivery
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to deliver high quality work to tight timescales
