Job Description
I am partnering with a high-growth international organisation who are looking to hire a Reward Manager, this is a newly created role as they continue to scale globally.
Over the past year, the Head of Reward has worked hard to create more structure across the businesses compensation and benefits framework. He is now looking to add an experienced Reward Manager to join the team as they continue to build out and implement consistency across salary ranges, grading structures and bonuses. This is a business-facing position that requires individual to be a credible advisor when discussing reward matters and providing recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Head of Reward to implement the reward strategy and ensure alignment across international offices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HRBP’s and business stakeholders on reward queries, compensation cases and providing recommendations.
- Continuously monitor external market trends, regulatory developments and best practices in compensation and benefits, assessing impact and recommending improvements where appropriate.
- Review and manage cyclical salary and bonus review processes, ensuring alignment with market best practice.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an international or global reward role, preferably within Financial Services, Insurance or Fintech sectors.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative working style, with the ability to engage and motivate.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
