Reward Manager – Creative Agency 12 month FTC £75K Hybrid – 3 days on site / 2 days WFH
Our client is a leading global creative agency who has an opportunity for a Reward Manager to join on a 12-month FTC and form part of their high-performing HR function during a pivotal phase of transformation.
This newly created role will lead the UK reward agenda, with a focus on implementing global job architecture, driving pay benchmarking, managing salary and bonus review cycles, and leading on UK pay gap reporting.
With a remit to embed consistent, data-led reward practices across a client group circa 1,000. While reward will be your core focus, you’ll also contribute to mobility initiatives such as remote working and international transfers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reward specialist with experience in pay governance, job levelling, and analytics, who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and enjoys working with senior stakeholders.
You'll require solid relevant UK based reward experience gained within a fast paced commercial environment and have the gravitas to build senior relationships and work autonomously as the subject matter expert within a wider, supportive HR team.
