Remote based from Manchester / Leeds / Birmingham / BristolForward Role is working with a well-established, partnership-led professional services organisation to recruit a Reward Partner into their growing Reward function.This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with the Head of Reward, HR, Finance and senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in delivering complex compensation and reward projects at scale.As the Reward Partner, you’ll take ownership of a range of compensation-focused initiatives, with particular emphasis on:Market benchmarking and job evaluationJob architecture and framework embeddingAnnual pay and bonus review cyclesEU Pay Transparency projectsReward modelling and analysisYou’ll be hands-on with data, comfortable working with confidential information, and confident in translating complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.Proven experience in a Reward / Compensation role, ideally within professional services or a partnership-led organisationStrong working knowledge of WTW / Towers Watson job evaluation methodologiesExperience with job architecture and benchmarking programmesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong project management capabilityAdvanced Excel skills (including lookups, pivot tables and modelling)Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detailIf you would like to know more about this opportunity, please click the link to apply or contact Alex Wright at Forward Role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
