About the role
We are looking for a strategic Reward Partnerwho brings a globalmindset, strong technical knowledge in both reward and benefits, and a partnershipfocused, proactive approach.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Europe & USA region, drivingmeaningful reward initiatives and shaping fair, competitive practices in a busy,people-focused organisation.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, analyse complex data, manage keyprojects, and play a pivotal role in aligning reward strategies with Cognita’sinclusive and high-performing culture.

What you will be doing:
• Delivering clear, pragmatic advice on Reward & Benefits policies.
• Collaborating with HR teams across countries, to ensure alignment incommunication and delivery
• Design and implement KPIs that support equitable and strategic rewarddecisions
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on compensation andbenefits
• Support the annual pay award process and job evaluation activities
• Lead compensation benchmarking using internal data and external rewardsurveys
•Deliver UK gender pay gap reporting and support global ESG-linked rewardprojects
•Manage benefits renewal processes and relationships with providers,recommending improvements aligned to our employee value proposition

Whowe are looking for:
Experience:
•Substantial experience in a Reward, Compensation, and Benefits atpartner or Senior Advisor level.
•Proven experience working with multiple countries.
•Excellent project management skills and stakeholder engagementexperience

•Exceptional communicator with a strong team ethos and people-firstmindset
• Organised, agile and comfortable managing competing demands
