The Role

As Reward & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for the design, delivery and management of the firm’s compensation and benefits programmes. This is a key position where you’ll act as the subject matter expert on all reward-related matters, ensuring the firm remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing the firm’s compensation and benefits strategy, aligned to business objectives.
• Reviewing existing benefits and bonus structures, recommending improvements to remain competitive.
• Leading the annual salary review and bonus processes, providing data-driven recommendations to the Board.
• Managing third-party provider relationships, including benefits brokers.
• Conducting benchmarking exercises, data analysis, and market research to inform strategy.
• Overseeing payroll, providing advice and guidance to the People team.
• Delivering end-to-end management of benefits processes, including renewals, enrolment, audits, and compliance.
• Taking ownership of reward-related projects and contributing to wider People initiatives.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in reward, benefits and compensation management, ideally within professional services or a partnership environment.
• Confident working in a standalone role, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent analytical and data skills.
• A strong communicator who can build trusted relationships across the business.
• Proactive, strategic, and commercially minded, with a passion for driving improvement.
