RF Systems Lead Engineer We are supporting a leading Defence technology partner in recruiting an experienced RF Systems Lead Engineer. This role offers the chance to lead advanced data link programmes, shaping technical solutions and guiding a small team of engineers. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and validate system architecture and oversee work across the full product lifecycle. In this position, you will take ownership of technical investigations and problem-solving, ensuring designs meet demanding operational requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating suppliers, defining requirements, and managing development activities from concept through verification and validation. Leading junior engineers and working autonomously within a multi-skilled team are essential. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RF technologies, system-level design, and systems engineering practices.
