Job Description

We are hiring a Business analyst and a Project Manager with proven experience running full end‑to‑end RFP processes and managing supplier selection activities. These roles require someone highly organised, confident, engaging with vendors, and able to work closely with the business to identify the right solution.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage the full RFP process from initial scoping through to supplier selection.\nCreate and structure all RFP documentation, including requirements, questionnaires, scoring frameworks and timelines.\nConduct market research to identify the main suppliers operating in the relevant space and assess their capabilities.\nEngage directly with potential suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the process.\nCoordinate and arrange supplier demos, ensuring stakeholders have the information needed to support decision‑making.\nWork closely with internal teams to evaluate responses and manage the assessment and scoring process.\nEnsure all activity adheres to internal health and safety standards and compliance requirements.Key Requirements\n\nDemonstrable experience setting up and running RFPs end‑to‑end.\nStrong background working with health and safety documentation and standards.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to confidently engage with suppliers and manage structured demo sessions.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supplier responses and support objective decision‑making.\nHybrid working: 3 days a week in a London-based office\n\nHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
