Title: RN Manager –Trauma Program
Status: Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday Leadership Schedule | Level III Trauma | Competitive Compensation
Are you a trauma-experienced RN who thrives in leadership and wants to shape the future of trauma care? This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a Level III Trauma Program at a respected regional hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire—just one hour from Boston and minutes from mountains, lakes, and the coastline.
In this role, you’ll oversee trauma system operations, guide clinical excellence, collaborate with EMS and emergency services leadership, and drive trauma performance improvement initiatives. This is a visible leadership position with influence across Emergency Services and direct access to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead trauma program operations and performance excellence
Serve as trauma leader and liaison across EMS, Fire, Police & regional agencies
Oversee trauma policies, standards, and clinical quality initiatives
Ensure readiness for state and ACS trauma designation surveys
Lead trauma registry quality & reporting compliance
Participate in trauma activations during business hours as needed
Drive trauma-related education and outreach initiatives
Collaborate with emergency services and executive leadership teams
Qualifications
Current RN license or eligibility
BSN required
Minimum 3 years RECENT trauma experience in acute care
TNCC, BLS, ACLS, PALS required
CEN
Trauma program, ED, or critical care leadership experience
