This role is responsible for managing and developing strategic customer accounts within the road transport and freight sector. You will focus on maintaining long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring service excellence, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned key accounts. Manage and develop assigned strategic key accounts. Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and customer portals. Process orders, amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
