Road Sweeper Driver

Location: Redcar
Duration: 6 Months+
Hours: 07:30 19:30 - Two days per week, Tuesday and Friday
Pay rate: £22.33

A leading infrastructure contractor is currently seeking an experiencedRoad Sweeper Driverto join the team based inRedcar.

ThisRoad Sweeper Driverrole is working within a live construction environment and requires full compliance with site safety and driving regulations.

Duties of the Road Sweeper Driver include:

  • Operating a road sweeper vehicle safely within the site compound and surrounding works

  • Maintaining site cleanliness in line with environmental and safety standards

  • Supporting site logistics and traffic management teams

  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects

  • Ensuring compliance with all site health & safety procedures

Requirements for the Road Sweeper Driver role:

  • Valid Driving Licence: Category C OR C+E OR C1 OR C1+E

  • Driver Qualification Card (DQC)

  • Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC)

  • CSCS Card (Blue)Road Sweeper & Gully Sucking

  • Previous experience working as a Road Sweeper Driver on construction or infrastructure projects
