Our client, a well-established leader in roadside assistance services, is seeking a experienced Roadside Vehicle Technician to join their team covering the Enfield area.

Basic salary of £41,600 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £66,000 including overtime
Weekday 40-hour shift pattern, with shifts scheduled up to 12 months in advance for planning ease

Attend breakdown calls across the Enfield region, providing immediate roadside repairs as a Roadside Vehicle Technician
Coordinate and execute recovery operations for vehicles unable to be repaired on site
Deliver professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with motorists in distress
Accurately complete job documentation, logs, and reports as a Roadside Vehicle Technician
Ensure the work environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
Diagnose fault conditions, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and carry out necessary repairsRequirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience as a Roadside Vehicle Technician
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
