Roadside Vehicle Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and experienced motor trade professional to utilise their technical expertise on the move, providing essential roadside assistance. The successful Roadside Vehicle Technician will be paid from the moment they leave their home, with no commute time, making this position both convenient and rewarding.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £36,400 with an OTE of up to £61,000
- Paid from your door to the roadside, with no commute time
- Work 40 hours per week with no more than 1 in 2 weekends
- Overtime paid at time and a half

- Attend to roadside breakdowns, diagnosing faults and performing repairs to get vehicles back on the road swiftly
- Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify root causes of issues
- Carry out technical maintenance, including parts replacement and preventive repairs as a Roadside Vehicle Technician
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction
- Work efficiently and accurately in high-pressure situations
- Adhere to safety and industry standards at all times
- Maintain detailed work records and vehicle documentation
- Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade
- Practical knowledge working with various types of light vehicles
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach
- Ability to work independently and manage roadside emergencies efficiently
- Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
