As a Roofer Trade Supervisor, you will take a hands-on, mobile role, spending most of your time out of the office, managing a team of roofers and ensuring that works are delivered to a high standard. This role will focus on both internal and external roofing repairs, requiring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership to ensure successful delivery across our Kent patch.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 8 roofers, ensuring right first-time completion of roofing works.
Carry out site visits to monitor quality, progress, and health and safety compliance.
