Vector are proud to be working in partnership with an established roofing contractor renowned for delivering trusted, high-quality roofing services across commercial and residential sectors. Our client is seeking an experienced Roofing Operations Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple roofing contracts and play a key role in expanding the business.
Role Overview:
As Roofing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of live projects, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You’ll manage site teams and subcontractors, liaise with clients, and maintain commercial and operational control. This role also carries a business development aspect, with the expectation that you will help grow the department by securing new work.
Key Responsibilities:
