Are you a site manager with experience on working on roofing contracts within social housing?We are working with a regional roofing contractor with over 30 years of experience in the industry.They are looking for a site manager to oversee planned works on social housing contracts across the Knowsley area.As roofing site manager, you will;Manage the on site team of direct employed and subcontractorsCarry out risk assessments and ensure the highest levels of health and safetyMaintain relationships with residents and clientsProvide progress updates in line with KPI'sAs roofing site manager, it is required that you;Hold SMSTS and a full clean drivers licenceExperience with social housing roofing contractsLabour managementAs roofing site manager, you will receive;Starting salary of £40,000-£45,000 DOEPensionIf this role sounds of interest to you, then we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
