Roofing Supervisor Reporting to: Repairs Delivery Manager Direct reports: 15 Job Purpose To lead the Roofing Team and Damp & Mould Trade Operatives in delivering safe, high-quality repairs and maintenance services. The role has a strong focus on damp and mould remediation and all working at height activities. It is responsible for day-to-day leadership, planning and resource management, and for ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, regulations and organisational policies across both teams. Role Specific Duties Provide visible and effective leadership to Roofing and Damp & Mould operatives, setting clear expectations, holding regular 1:1s and team meetings, and managing performance.
Plan, schedule and coordinate work across both teams, allocating operatives, equipment and materials to achieve safety, quality, time and customer satisfaction targets.
Act as the day-to-day health and safety lead for roofing and damp/mould activities, promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining zero tolerance for unsafe practices.
