Duties and responsibilities related to the Room Attendant role  

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, linen rooms, and storage areas in accordance with established standards and procedures. 

• Replenish guest supplies and ensure housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked and organised. 

• Maintain daily room checklists to ensure thoroughness and efficiency in all cleaning tasks. 

• Assist with the collection, sorting, and delivery of linens to support smooth housekeeping operations. 

• Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and team members to support smooth operations and high levels of guest satisfaction. 

About you 

Previous experience in a premium hospitality setting is preferred. Strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and proficiency in conversational English to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
