If you are offered a Room Leader (Senior EYP) role, you will received a £1000 recruitment bonus after successfully completing your 3 month probation period.
We are looking for inspirational Room Leaders to join Acorn at a number of our nurseries. These are full-time roles, working 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern between 7:15am - 6.15pm. We have a total of 18 nurseries covering Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. When you apply, we will consider which nurseries nearest to you have the relevant vacancy.

In this role, you will be providing high-quality care and learning experiences. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and enabling environment that encourages children to explore, discover and develop a love for learning. Working closely with parents and carers, you will help build strong relationships to support each child's individual needs.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 6 or graduate-level qualification would be desirable). You will have experience of working in an Early Years setting, a good knowledge of the EYTS framework and safeguarding procedures and a genuine enthusiasm for outdoor learning and creative play. Previous experience of leading a room or mentoring a team is desirable, as this role includes supporting and motivating colleagues and occasionally deputising for the management team.
