We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury country house hotel and spa set within beautiful countryside just outside London. Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Rooms Division Manager to join their senior leadership team and oversee the full rooms operation.

This is a hands-on role responsible for leading Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Night teams, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth day-to-day operations across the property.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop Rooms Division teams, driving a high-performance culture

Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction across all touchpoints

Oversee daily operations, maintaining efficiency and service excellence

Drive key metrics including occupancy, guest feedback, and operational performance

Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to maximise profitability

Implement processes to enhance the guest journey and streamline operations

About You

Proven experience in a senior Rooms Division or Front Office leadership role within luxury hospitality

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Commercially aware with an understanding of revenue and budgeting

Experience with hotel systems (e.g. Opera, Protel, or similar)

Hands-on, professional, and guest-focused approach
