About the Role:

As Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office , Housekeeping , and Maintenance departments. You will lead a team of departmental managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, consistently high guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Full operational leadership of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.

Drive and maintain exceptional guest service standards across all areas of the Rooms Division.

Implement efficient systems and procedures to support operational excellence.

Monitor and manage departmental budgets and staffing levels to ensure cost efficiency.

Work closely with senior management to align departmental goals with broader business objectives.

Lead, inspire, and develop team members through effective performance management and training.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star luxury hotel in the UK is essential.

Strong operational knowledge of all Rooms Division functions.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Passion for delivering luxury guest experiences with attention to detail.

Commercial acumen and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
