Rooms Division Manager required for an outstanding luxury hotel based on the outskirts of London. This well established business has benefited from significant investment over the last 5 years and now represents one of the leading country house hotels in the UK. The hotel has 130 bedrooms, extensive F&B including two restaurants, dedicated M&E space and a world class spa. Our client is looking to recruit a rooms division manager to take accountability for reception, housekeeping and maintenance. This is a senior leadership role with the business, with a team of approximately 60 reporting into the rooms division manager. This is a key role within the business with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences whilst maintaining consistent 5-star standards within the department. This role would either suit a rooms division manager that is looking to consolidate their experience or this position could suit a very strong front office manager who is looking to take the next step up in their career.
