  • Act as the primary point of contact during on-shift periods, ensuring all requests and priorities are handled with urgency and discretion.
  • Manage complex private and business calendars, coordinating across time zones.
  • Organize and oversee detailed international and domestic travel itineraries, including visas, flights, accommodations, dining, and leisure.
  • Liaise with private staff and service providers to ensure smooth operations across multiple properties.
  • Oversee personal administration including correspondence, bills, insurance, and other sensitive matters.
  • Support projects, events, and engagements requiring meticulous planning and execution.
  • Conduct research and manage ad-hoc tasks aligned with the principal’s needs.
  • Ensure seamless communication and handover with the other PA and the wider private office team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant in a private office, household, or HNWI/ UHNW environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a rotational role, balancing periods of high-intensity, 24/7 support with quieter administrative weeks.
  • Strong knowledge of London (restaurants, cultural life, services).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Native/fluent English and French are required; Russian is a strong advantage.
  • Confident with modern office software and communication tools.
  • Familiarity with staff coordination and household management is desirable.
  • Based in the UK (London area) with flexibility to travel internationally when required.

The rotational schedule provides an a balance of immersive, hands-on support and structured time for project and administrative work, ensuring both continuity for the principal and a sustainable rhythm for the assistants.
