About the Role
Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of HMCTS for a Court Usher to support the smooth running of court proceedings. You will assist judges, legal staff, and court users, ensuring the courtroom operates efficiently while providing excellent customer service .
Key Responsibilities
?? Court Preparation: Set up courtrooms with materials (e.g., water, glasses) and clear after hearings.
?? Court Records & Paperwork: Work with judges and clerks, manage hearing papers, record party details, and photocopy documents.
????? Witness Management: Swear in witnesses and provide guidance.
?? Customer Service & Liaison: Answer enquiries, inform court users of changes, and escort parties as needed.
