Rural Surveyor - Kendal, Cumbria | £40k - £50k DOE | Hybrid Working
Hunter Dunning is supporting a leading rural property consultancy to hire a Surveyor / Land Agent within their Utilities, Infrastructure and Renewables team.
You’ll work on infrastructure and renewable projects across the North of England, managing a varied workload including land advice, asset management and stakeholder engagement, with scope to build your own client base.
Your Role
- Deliver land and property advice on utilities, infrastructure and renewable projects
- Manage multiple projects at varying stages, ensuring delivery to programme and budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landowners and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and manage expectations across projects
- Support property and asset management strategies for client portfolios
- Assist with developing new business opportunities across the North West
- Support and mentor junior team members where required
Your Experience
- Degree in Rural Surveying, Land Management or related discipline
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified, or working towards
- Experience in a similar role within utilities, infrastructure or land management
- Strong understanding of land and property matters, including negotiations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
