SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant - E-Invoicing (KSeF / Multi-Country) | Remote | Part-TimeWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead the design, integration, and delivery of e-invoicing solutions, with a primary focus on Poland's KSeF 2.0 mandate, alongside broader multi-country e-invoicing compliance initiatives.This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere, with an initial part-time commitment-making it well suited to consultants looking to work alongside existing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Poland KSeF 2.0 implementation within SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), including e-invoice issuance, receipt, and lifecycle management via SAP DRCDesign and configure solutions aligned to FA(3) XML schema, including validation, KSeF ID handling, and compliance processesBuild and optimise end-to-end AR/AP e-invoicing flows, including monitoring, error handling, and exception managementImplement secure access and authorisation models (certificates, tokens, role-based controls) and ensure auditabilitySupport Polish VAT and reporting requirements (incl. JPK_VAT updates, attachments, exemptions) in collaboration with Finance/Tax teamsDesign integrations across FI/CO (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO) and cross-functional modules (MM, SD)Deliver testing and release management (unit, SIT, UAT), including cutover and go-live readinessEstablish support frameworks, including SLAs, monitoring dashboards, and knowledge transferContribute to multi-country e-invoicing rollouts, supporting localisation and scalable SAP DRC deploymentRequired Experience7+ years' experience in SAP FI/CO (ECC or S/4HANA) with strong hands-on configurationProven delivery of e-invoicing solutions, including Poland KSeF 2.0 (FA(3), KSeF IDs, DRC)Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) across one or more countriesStrong understanding of VAT and regulatory compliance frameworks, ideally multi-countryAbility to troubleshoot issues using ABAP debugging (functional level)Exposure to high-volume invoicing environments and performance optimisationNice to HaveExperience delivering multi-country e-invoicing programmes (EU, PEPPOL, LATAM, etc.)Exposure to S/4HANA transformations or greenfield implementationsLanguagesEnglish (business fluent)Working ModelFully remote - open to any location globallyPart-time initially, with potential to scale depending on programme demandSuitable for consultants working alongside existing engagementsJBRP1_UKTJ
