We have a new opportunity for a Safe Neighbourhoods Officer at join the team at The Guinness Partnership. This is a full-time permanent position, with an agile workstyle that offers a flexible and collaborative way of working, designed to best support our residents.
As a Safe Neighbourhoods Officer, you will play a key role in keeping our homes and communities safe by delivering proactive, preventative measures to tackle and reduce Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with Local Authorities, neighbourhood policing teams, and external agencies to support coordinated prevention work. You will also apply Local Authority and landlord legal powers effectively to protect customers from harm, including representing Guinness at court for ASB-related cases and produce high-quality casework, conduct thorough investigations, and maintain accurate case notes suitable for legal scrutiny.

The successful candidate will be a resilient, highly motivated individual who adopts a consistently victim-centred and non-judgemental approach to casework. Youll bring strong ASB legal knowledge, effective investigative and case management skills, and the confidence to make sound, independent decisions in challenging situations. Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential.

Essential skills and experience
Solid ASB legal knowledge
A clear victim-centred, non-judgmental approach to managing cases
Resilience when handling challenging situations and delivering sustainable outcomes
Excellent customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills
High levels of self-motivation and the ability to organise and deliver work with minimal supervision
Strong investigative abilities and a good understanding of case management
Excellent written and verbal communication & strong attention to detail
Desirable
Experience delivering targeted ASB prevention initiatives
Experience working within housing or property sectors
Strong understanding of regulatory legislation in social housing
