Salary: up to £55,000 depending on experience + benefits incl. PHI and Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to expert on site, leading SHE from the front:

Own and drive the entire SHE agenda across the site Partner with senior leaders to define and deliver strategy Be the face of the business with regulators including the Health and Safety Executive and Environment Agency Lead risk management, investigations, and real root cause analysis Build and embed practical, effective policies and systems Create engaging training that actually changes behaviour Drive audits, compliance, and continuous improvement Use data and KPIs to spot trends and make impactful decisions Lead, coach, and develop SHE capability across the site What You’ll Bring
