Leatside Health Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis (6 sessions: Wednesday–Friday). We are a forward‑thinking, training practice based in Redruth, Cornwall, caring for a population of around 16,700 patients as part of North Kerrier East PCN. We pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Our approach includes adopting the BMA‑recommended 25 × 15‑minute appointments to support a healthier work‑life balance, alongside daily coffee catch‑ups that provide valuable opportunities for team connection and clinical discussion.

The role offers a varied and rewarding workload, including face‑to‑face and telephone consultations, home visits, and involvement in clinical decision‑making across a wide range of patient needs. You will be supported to work autonomously while contributing to a strong team culture focused on quality improvement, education, and continuous professional development.
