The Mission Practice in Tower Hamlets is looking to appoint a Salaried GP for 4-6 clinical sessions.

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic committed GP to join our friendly and supportive practice.

We are looking for an applicant who will help maintain our high standards of clinical care with a strong patient centred focus in a highly supportive environment.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care for all patients, dealing with a wide range of presenting health needs in a general practice setting.

This will be for 4-6 clinical sessions per week and we are open to discussing flexible working

You will have an additional half a session paid protected time for weekly practice and MDT meetings and paid indemnity. You will also join daily huddles with your colleagues with opportunities to discuss cases and referrals as a team.

About us

The Mission Practice provides comprehensiveprimary care services to 12,000 patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

The successful candidate will be working alongside our established MDT, whichincludes GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Patient Advisors, Pharmacists, Social Prescribers a Paramedic and a Chaplain.

We are a teaching and training practice and support the development and educational needs of our staff members. We seek to developeveryone's skills so that each of us is working at the top of their abilities,under the supervision of the wider multi disciplinary team so that we are allconstantly progressing.

The Mission Practice is part The One Network PCN and works closely with three neighbouring practices.
