An exciting opportunity has arisen for anenthusiastic Salaried GP to join and enhance our team here at The WaterfieldPractice.

Our Practice comprises 4 GP Partners who enjoyworking with a team of 3 salaried GPs, 1 Physician Associates, 5 PracticeNurses who also do Minor Illness, 1 HCAs, 4 Pharmacist and PCN additional rolesincluding social prescribers and a Mental Health Practitioner

Main duties of the job

The position is for 6 sessionsper week and include a mix of appointment types, admin and CPD. GP on callrotas are distributed pro rata amongst all GPs.We have a home visiting service consisting of paramedics so home visitsare kept to a minimum.

Job responsibilities

Duties as expected for a Salaried General Practitioner Role, Patients consultations over the phone and within the surgery, monitor patients conditions and wellbeing, perform clinical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of illness/ailments, conduct tests to diagnose, health education and liaise with other healthcare professionals from multi disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• To have completed GP registrar training
• Experience working as salaried General Practitioner or a locum

• Experience of working with General Practice.
• Experience of working in a GP Practice
