You will be supported by an experienced group of GPs, pharmacists, nurses, HCAs, and administrative staff who work closely together to deliver excellent care to our diverse patient population.Main duties of the jobClinical ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, evidence-based care to all registered and temporary patients.Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Manage acute and chronic conditions in line with national and local guidelines.Undertake home visits when clinically appropriate.Participate in care planning and health promotion for patients with long-term conditions.Issue prescriptions safely and appropriately in accordance with practice and NHS policy.Review test results, hospital letters, and correspondence promptly.Ensure accurate and timely clinical record keeping using SystmOne (or the practices clinical system).Quality and GovernanceContribute to the achievement of QOF, Enhanced Services, and other clinical targets.Participate in clinical audits, significant event analyses, and learning reviews.Maintain awareness of safeguarding responsibilities for both adults and
